Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs launched software that provides users with emergency help and sends reports to the police station. It can quickly provide help by automatically locating the police station. It was initiated by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on September 24, 2016. Designed to prepare the public for terrorist attacks.
